Here lyeth the body of Mr Thomas Biddle Esqr, late of Colenbrook
who departed this life September the ?3rd 1721 Aged 77 years
Here also lyeth the body of Mrs Elizabeth his Wife
who departed this life September the ?12th 1721 Aged 76 years Here lyeth also the body of Susanna Smith widow the youngest Daughter
of Thomas and Elizabeth Biddle who died X?? of October 1742 aged 49

Mr. Robert Biddle, died December 1743, aged 60.
Notes
Horton's Parish records showed the burials “in woollen”, two days apart, of Thomas and Elizabeth, he was described as a Cooper. His will, dated August 1721 names two sons, Robert and Thomas and three daughters, Ann Blackman, Elizabeth Fleetwood and Susan Smith. Susannah Biddle had married Samuel Smith, a Bricklayer of Great Marlow in August 1720, he died in October 1721. Robert Biddle’s will, signed in 1742 names his wife Mary, son Thomas and the youngest child of his sister Ann Blackman. Elizabeth Fleetwood was buried at Horton in 1735, Ann Blackman in 1741
